Employees in active core CWA East, Midwest, Southeast, Southwest, West, Legacy T and active IBEW employees of Midwest and Legacy T will not receive paper enrollment worksheets for 2010 Benefits Annual Enrollment.

The decision to not offer printed enrollment worksheets provided the greatest flexibility to implement benefits changes resulting from bargaining effective January 1.

Employees in the CWA Midwest and West and IBEW Midwest and Legacy T will receive a Benefits Preview at their home address describing their medical and prescription drug benefits for 2010. As in previous years, active employees will also receive a document with updates and reminders for enrollment delivered to their work address.

Employees will also receive a series of NewsNow messages advising of the upcoming enrollment opportunity, the third of the series delivered on the first day of enrollment, advising its time to begin enrollment and linking to the enrollment instruction guide and the AT&T Benefits Center website where employees can view all of their options for the 2010 plan year.

To assist with the transition to this new delivery method, employees will receive a postcard at their home address just prior to their enrollment date. The postcard will contain the AT&T Benefits Center website address, as well as, the phone number if the employee needs assistance from a customer service associate.

Participants who do not have access to the internet can contact the AT&T Benefits Center for assistance with enrollment.
